Affordable Housing Trust Fund Advisory Board

The City of Helena established the Affordable Housing Trust Fund Advisory Board on October 18, 2021 by final passage of Ordinance 3292. The board will review and make funding allocation recommendations to the Helena City Commission for each project applying for support from the Affordable Housing Trust Fund that was created by Resolution No. 20630 on November 9, 2020. The AHTF is a resource intended to address the supply of housing for community members with lower incomes, senior citizens, persons with disabilities, the homeless, and others with special needs.
