The Police Commission shall administer such portions of Title 7, Chapter 32, Part 41, Montana Code annotated (MCA), as are not inconsistent wherewith. The Police Commission shall examine all applicants certified for the police force forwarded to it by the Helena Police Department as to their age, legal, mental, moral, and physical qualifications (Ordinance 3239).
