Citizen Academy Application

To be considered for acceptance into the next Citizen Academy, fill out the following application in its entirety and submit. Contact Erin Fitzpatrick at efitzpatrick@helenamt.gov or (406)457-8839 with any questions. 

 

Information submitted to the Helena Police Department through this application is considered confidential and will be used only for the purpose of determining suitability for acceptance into HPD's Citizen Academy. Any information gathered through the background investigation will not be shared with anyone outside the HPD including the individual named on the application.
