The Helena Citizen Council (HCC) meets once per month, usually the 4th Weds. of the month from 7-9PM. Meetings are in person - room 326 of the City County Bldg. or via Zoom. The HCC discusses activities, initiatives and recommendations regarding the City of Helena.
