Community Needs Assessment Hearing

 

The Cities of East Helena and Helena, in cooperation with Lewis and Clark County, will convene a Community Needs Assessment public hearing at 6 p.m. on Thursday, March 14, 2024, for the purpose of reviewing existing community assets and to assess the challenges and issues faced in making the community a better place to live. The focus of this public hearing will be to address matters related to housing, economic development, neighborhood revitalization, and community and public facilities. Please come prepared to discuss current or anticipated projects that pertain to these focus areas, particularly those targeting low- and moderate-income residents. There will also be a discussion on prospective funding sources for the Community Development Block Grant Program (CDBG) and the Home Investment Partnership Program (HOME).
