The City of Helena (COH) will receive statements of qualifications (SOQ) from individuals, corporations, partnerships, and other legal entities authorized to do business in the State of Montana for the purpose of providing PROFESSIONAL SERVICES FOR THE CREATION OF A TRAVEL DEMAND MODEL. The model will establish an existing transportation network baseline and provide a formal report on the status of the system.
