RFQ Transportation Plans for the Greater Helena Area MPO

The Greater Helena Area Metropolitan Planning Organization (GHAMPO) invites qualified consulting firms to submit Statements of Qualifications (SOQs) for the development of three important transportation planning documents:

1. Public Participation Plan (PPP)
2. Long-Range Transportation Plan (LRTP)
3. Comprehensive Safety Action Plan (CSAP)

These documents are essential for shaping the future of transportation, safety, and public engagement in our region. The PPP will ensure diverse public involvement in planning decisions. The LRTP will guide transportation investments over the next 20 years, ensuring alignment with community goals, economic development, and sustainability. The CSAP will implement proactive measures to reduce roadway fatalities through data-driven safety strategies.

GHAMPO must secure all approved plans by December 29, 2026. To meet this essential deadline, all plans should be finalized by July 2026.

We require the submission of one (1) original document, one (1) hard copy (not exceeding twenty-five (25) pages), and one (1) electronic copy (USB preferred) of the proposal in Adobe Acrobat Portable Document Format (.pdf). All submissions must be received by noon MST on February 10, 2025.
