HELENA, Mont. – The public hearings for two Helena area subdivisions have been rescheduled for April 10 to meet statutory requirements for public notice. The public hearings for Mountain View Meadows Craftsman Village Phase 8, 9 and 10, and Westside Woods subdivision were originally scheduled to be heard by the City Commission on March 13.

Per state law, all public hearings must be noticed in a newspaper of general circulation, not less than 15 days prior to the hearing. The legal notice for both projects failed to be run in accordance with the State Law and Helena City Code for a meeting on March 13, as originally planned and scheduled. During the April 10 hearings, the City Commission will consider:

Westside Woods

  • Preliminary Plat

Mountain View Meadows Craftsman Village Phase 8, 9, and 10
