HELENA, Mont. - The City of Helena’s administrative offices will be closed on February 17 (Monday) for Presidents' Day. Trash collection and several other services will also be impacted. Municipal Court and the Transfer Station will be closed. Transit buses will run but the office will be closed. Residents that normally have their garbage picked up on Mondays can place their trash can out on Tuesday by 7 a.m.
