The City of Helena will host a public meeting on the 2025 Water and Sewer Main Replacement Project. This project includes replacing water and sewer mains in Lawrence Street (from Monroe to Park Avenue) and replacing the water main in 8th Avenue (from Hoback Street to Idaho Avenue). Construction is planned for 2026.

Lockey Ave. Street Closure – Nov. 17-24

The City Streets team will close Lockey Ave. west of Lamborn St. on Monday, Nov. 17-24 to install valley gutter along the roadway. No through traffic is allowed.

Benton Ave. Asphalt Maintenance – Nov. 13

The City Streets team will close Benton Avenue from Oakwood Ln. to the north side of the Solid Waste Transfer Station entrance for paint striping on Thursday, Nov. 13 from 12:30-3:30 p.m. No through traffic is allowed.

Broadway Ave. Asphalt Maintenance - Oct. 7

The City Streets team will close Broadway Avenue from S. Dakota St. to Stabern St. for crosswalk striping on Tuesday, Oct. 7. No through traffic is allowed.
